My name is Estrella Cortes and I am your Front Desk Manager. Everyone calls me "Star" because that's my name translated to English.  I'm fluent in Spanish, so let me know if you'd like some practice! I am originally from Houston but I've lived in Atlanta since 1987. I enjoy the outdoors, cooking, music, family and helping others. I love Chiropractic not only as my occupation but, also as a patient because it makes me feel my best naturally. I really can't imagine my life without it! Hi everyone! My name is Tara Mitchell. I am the senior Chiropractic Intern in the office. 
The other interns and I will be assisting patients together.  I will also be handling our outside events so we can continue our goal of educating the public about Chiropractic. 

I attend Life University I have been involved in Chiropractic for the last 10 years and simply cannot imagine doing anything else!

From the first Chiropractic office I ever worked at I have loved it! Everyday I am amazed at the healing miracles that I see through Chiropractic.  Patients come into the office, hoping for, at best, maybe a little pain relief, and their lives change for the better.  It is amazing what the body can do on its own without interference to the nervous system.    What job could be more satisfying? I am very excited to get to know each one of you and to help you achieve the very highest level of healing in this office!

My name is Emily Bartlett I am the Chiropractic Assistant at Sherwood Chiropractic Center.
I have a love for the miracle of the human body and the power of the nervous system to coordinate all the functions that we take for granted.  I truly enjoy witnessing our patients achieve full health and helping to meet and exceed their expectations.  My first experience with chiropractic was after I was in a major car accident while pregnant.  I had horrible low back pain, migraines, and tremendous stress but I didn't know anything about chiropractic at the time so I waited almost four weeks to be seen by my chiropractor.  After just a few visits I noticed a big difference, no more headaches, and my pain was manageable even though I was pregnant.

My son Kayden has also been adjusted since he was six months old; being premature has had a huge affect on his body and getting adjusted helps his immune system as well as helping him to generally function better. His allergic reactions and asthma have gotten tremendously better, which allows us to enjoy our family time with less worry.  On the weekends I enjoy spending time with my son, playing softball, and I'm working on my bachelor's degree in criminal justice/medical field (forensic science). I look forward to meeting you and serving you!

I've been working in the insurance field for 15 years and I chose to work for chiropractors because I'm a huge fan of chiropractic care.  I love the benefits that regular chiropractic care provides, such as having more flexibility, more energy, and how it makes my mind feel clear and focused.  My goal is to help you fully understand your insurance and to help you access your chiropractic benefits so you can feel your very best!  I have five children and eight grandkids all living in the Atlanta area.  On the weekends I enjoy watching movies and spending time with my family.  I look forward to meeting you!
